So it was not only PTSC’s leadership that blew it, TPL also blew it. And they blew it for everyone, except the enemy.

of course TPL blew it.. DL wrote an Apple license for ~$10M and only credited $960k to PDS thus screwing the HTC damage award and potentially all licenses going forward..but it was PTSC's lack of over site and spineless decision not to have that explained during trial to justify a larger amount for damages.. It was PTSC that enabled PIPE weilding Swartz to reap millions upon millions in profit.. It was PTSC that burned tens of millions in worthless aqusitions.. it was PTSC that stamped their approval of every onesided agreement with TPL.. CAs, MAs, fraud settlement etc etc etc... yep TPL screwed us.. PTSC was their great enabler
