I will read the article later, but for now, Is it that the OSC knows that it is a back water existence on the World Stage of finance and only do the absolute minimum they can get away with as a gesture to placate the Canadian investing public. On the other hand, I hear that they continuously point the finger at politicians saying they can only do as is permitted/required by Governing Legislation. Guess they are as good at passing OUR BUCK as are many politicians. After all it is my money and yours that is subject to additional undue risk because of their inabilities to NAIL the perpetual offenders. Old Joe
