Fact of the matter, much strictly speaking 'NOT narrowly on topic' discussion is relevant to the Noront story. It helps inform me of interest and intent of many other posters. This NOT only adds credibility to the poster but also helps add credibility to the Noront story. Given the Noront situation at the moment, there are many indirectly related and many not related items and events that seem and apparently do effect and affect what is happening with Noront. Some of this we know about. Much more we do NOT. Of what we do NOT know there are some things we can speculate about and some things we do NOT know even to the extent that we are so unaware that we have yet to have any ability to even speculate as to their worhtiness to be speculated upon with respect to Noront.
