I am no analyst, but I cannot see the US dollar going up in the next 6 months.  That latest employment report was awful.  It will lead to more drastic cuts by the fed which will continue to put pressure on the US dollar.  We may lower our rates somewhat, but not as aggressively as our economy is holding much better.  Again here I think that higher powers want us to buy into the US and from my stand point, at this date and time, The US is a sinking ship and I want no part of her.  In the 3rd quarter of 08 I will review my stand but I think it will be a heart attack economy for the first 2 quarters at least.
