Hey Miskealp1....thanks for bringing up an interesting and thorny issue. I have just e-mailed my CIBC Investors Edge to get clarification on this issue.

I was startled by Res-investor's predicament of not being able to sell his stock because CIBC was using it.....WTF.......if this IS the case then do we have to put our stocks up for sale at an elevated(presumably out of reach) level? .........not so cheery sambone!!!
