I have two RRSP accounts and a cash account at TD Waterhouse. In talking to a representative was informed that the securities are pooled for all accounts and can be loaned for shorting.

In response put is a sale order for $30 per share for one month out. Had to go through a representative for Webbroker wouldn't accept the order as there was too large a difference from to-days stock price.

If all of us did the same we could derail these nonsensical sorting rules.
