There's many other people who could probably field this question with more authority than me, but I'll give it a shot.
Change is not necessarily a bad thing, but I think it has to be a careful process, with much consideration, and it can't be rammed down our throats like Rosseau tried to do to us. I also don't think wholesale change is ever a logical response to a situation where we have well-respected and honourable directors on the board.
As well, some of the change we have experienced in the last few months ( i.e. less communication from RN, etc) might well have been Rosseau exerting their influence on Noront. Once the dust settles from this battle, I think lines of communication will be more open once again, IMO. That's making the BIG assumption that we win.
As well, it is my suspicion that certain announcements have been made to appease Rosseau and/or deflect their arguments and we might well see those announcements reversed once Noront gets the proverbial "Monkey" off their backs.
It's a new day and age, and some of the big players may not give a damn for the tradtional way of doing things, so several new strategies may have to be employed in the future.
What I particularly like is that Noront and co. seem to be adaptable; they have not grown rigid in their mindset, and I think that in itself could be their greatest strength.
