Dick Nemis has publicly stated he will be stepping down as President and with the beefed up managment in place it should be fairly easy to do. It's also certain he would stay on the Board of Directors to offer advice.

Remember Dick Nemis personally and through his family has a lot more to lose or gain from Noront's share price given the number of shares he and family own. Just from a self interest point of view I'd rather have him fighting then some 'Hedge Fund' playing with other peoples money.
