fasp, the consensus amongst many is what has been conveyed before. Namely that if Rosseau is successful in their bid to replace the board, the first thing that they will do is grant options to all board members as none of them own any shares (save Irwin - 40,000) likely to the tune of 10MM.

Many are speculating why our stock is where it's at. Guess what, the market appears to be pricing in the $0.75 private placement that will happen if these guys gain control. And it won't be for a small number of shares, likely in the neighborhood of 75MM - 100MM shares.

Whan that happens fasp, you will then own approximately half of what you currently own. Desirable?

It has also be written that Richard is actively looking for a worthy replacement for himself. I say with trust him with the decision of his successor and not leave this to chance of an "unknown" as per the dissident's game plan.

From my perspective, there is only one logical choice. We all here hope you make the right one.
