Well thought out Herb.
Here is my analogy.
Our land base is equivalent to a forest (big forest)full of trees.
So far we have only cut down about 200 or so of these trees(drill holes)
Some of the trees had leaves, some had dollar bills, some had five's,some had tens,
some had fifties, some had hundreds.
Oh yeah, and we are almost certain that some of these trees(great big trees) in the forest are going to have thousand dollar bills plastered all over them.
So until we have cut down a substantial more number of trees,(three or four chain saws just a humming) and found a number more hundred dollar trees and at least one or two thousand dollar trees, I don't for a second believe our BOD are going to be entertaining any offers for our Forest.
Throw in the fact that there are numerous other forests all around ours, some of which have only had a handful of tress harvested so far(one or two chain saws). Some haven't even seen a saw as of yet, and the potential for these forests to have the same type of trees as ours, even makes me more secure in my theory.
