For both the Cr and Ni/Cu/PGM's Deposits as we know them now, it would be foolish to suggest receiving an Insuti Valuation under 20% od any Resource Estimate.

Given the suitability for Open Pit Mining, the Grades and Quality of Ore, the proximity to Smelting Infrastructure, the length of time to pay down Development Costs, and the likely "Life of Mine" potential, I expect there will be a Premium to a Base Case starting at 20% of Insitu.

And it would be preferred that the Sale be for only a portion of the Mineral Resource.

Thus, a Partnership with whoever desires and wins the right to Finance the actual Development of this Mineral Resource.

Just being realistic on what we should expect and have OUR BoD work toward accomplishing for ALL Noront Resources Share Holders.
