Well, CLF will think things out and act in it's own best interests. These are to acquire both companies to reach a control position on the resource in total, more or less. Will they want a few of the other players, KWG and WPR come to mind, possibly.

It is currently hard to reach a 66% position if management and any large blocks are against it, as about 20-25% of shares get automatically voted for management by people who fail to read the details of their mails. If management is in favor = a sure thing.
