It is currently hard to reach a 66% position if management and any large blocks are against it, as about 20-25% of shares get automatically voted for management by people who fail to read the details of their mails. If management is in favor = a sure thing.

Just what is FWR Managements share holding % wise of total outstanding??

What is FWR's Institutional holdings??

What's your companies holdings in NOT and FWR, private and all??
