This is NOT's chance at the golden ring. If they pull it off, they will complete a huge grab against the assets of FWR shareholders, who will get about 41 cents for shares selling at 49 cents.
FWR has all the land assets to create infra-structure, gravel etc, so without those assets NOT is doomed.
Why did this happen? I think it happened because FWR was not a bunch of promoters and they did not seek glory and did not tout their stock to the sky with PR agencies, thus their stock was low = a chance for others to steal it, and steal it they might?
