Well Berta, NOT has 20 to 30 million tonnes of premium grade chromium. Once they get their nickel/copper/pge mine going and cash flow is positive, they can try a few test shipments and worm their way in. Being a member of the chrome consortium certainly helps. They could get to a couple million tonnes per year of chromite, make a tidy profit and not be a threat to present producers or a threat to saturate the chrome market causing price collapse. It is a delicate balance but NOT can do it if they play their cards right.
