I read from above that you consider FWR shareholders would benefit less within NOT/FWR.

Yes they will benefit less from the FWR assets but they would also benefit from the NOT assets that would be making up the pool of assets and the combined total is of more benefit even to current NOT shareholders, than from the individual assets.
