"If I may be so bold, 0.60 would be a credible offer for FWR. Prior to NOT's consolidation offer, they were at 30 cents."

Well that's certainly one perspective, but certainly not the one from those who believe that FWR's sp has been held down for quite some time prior to the NOT advances and likewise so has NOT's, for reasons a number of us have theorized on. Your perspective on the supply of Cr is also one shared by others but not by all as we have supply at risk from Africa et al owing to the instability both gov't and labour and cost of mining it compared to what it would be in the ROF. In addition, NOT also wants it so they have an idea of what to do with it. I can fully guarantee that the ROF cos. will be letting their shares go for miniscule amounts compared to what the final owners will make vs. their cost to buy them. Just another perspective.
