OK, honestly, what are the chances that Noront will sell out for under $5/share?

I keep hearing about "there will be an offer in the $2 range based on the last 30 or 60 day trading average" and other silly things like that... Now, giving credit where credit is due, that is EXACTLY what Noront tried to do to Freewest... or were they trying to smoke out Cliffs and get this whole Ring of Fire exposed and a "mini" Major committed??? Do you know??? I sure don't. We will probably never know, except for the chosen few who aren't talking.

So, are we going to get taken out for $5??? Well, ask yourself THE most important question... How many shares does it take to take over Noront, and do you really think that "that 66.6% of voting shares" will be accepting a $5/share offer? That is the only question here... Everything else is only smoke and mirrors. Confusion, distraction, mis-directions, all well organized tools of certain 'entities' that would ask you to part with your money so they can have it. Simple as that.

So, are YOU prepared to sell your shares at $3, $4, $5??? There are some here who would, that would give some later investors a very nice return on their investments. Good for them. No ill will to them, they are just doing what everyone else here is trying to do, make some money for whatever the reason... same as I am.

Now, your shares and my shares... do you really think what WE think can happen will make any difference??? Well, there is a way, as proven in the proxy battle where Retail surprised everyone and actually WON the battle, but lost the war because of other circumstances that caused Mr. Nemis to step down... Sad day, that. Water under the bridge. So, will you be happy with those numbers? I won't be because I know that if I hole this DOG for another year or two and let the drilling do the talking and the Beaurocrats do the BSing to get the infrastructure in place, there should be a whole lot more of whatever to sell, or mine, whichever... Patience??? Yeah, the share price sucks right now... Big Time! but I am NOT selling my shares right now, so, remembering the confusing, distracting mis-direction happening (AKA Blockade), I think it is wise to forget anyone who would come on the forum and say that we are getting a "low ball offer" for $2-3 so get ready to "lose" your investment...

Can we get that offer? Absolutely! Will it go through? I hardly think so, given the assets that are currently in the ground and still growing... Voisey's Bay was taken out for $4.3 Billion dollars... Now, I am NOT comparing our find to Voisey's Bay, but with the current price of Nickel at 3 times that of when Voisey's was taken out... I know, I know, we are in a Totally different market condition today. I get it... I also feel that those who are running this company (including the BOD) should be looking a "bit" north of that $4-5/share to make some GOOD money, instead of cutting and running... it isn't always about the dollar today or tomorrow, sometimes people actually look at what can be made in a few short years too.

So, to sum it all up, I really don't think any major will waste anybody's time with a $2-3 offer... can't see it happening... just MY feeling as I really don't think that they would get very many shares surrendered at that silly price... not when you have a $7 BILLION and GROWING ore body, just need to get those deep drills humming this summer.... WES, that's YOUR job, buddy. I really can't see Wes agreeing to sell Noront to anyone for $2-3/share, not even $5, to be honest. I get the feeling Wes came on board to make a GOOD dollar, not some chump change for a couple of years of his life. Just can't see it, really.

Ok, Ok, enough rambling already... God Bless all Noront Investors.

Herb :-}
