Fine post, Herbie, as always.

I have a question, perhaps naive, but I'll ask anyway.

The Hedgies/Institutions control I believe about 59% of NOT shares so if they wish to sell us out real cheap at any time (thanks to long time coordinated downward pressure on the stock price) how can we prevent such a disaster?

We don't have enough votes, do we?
