Herb, if your comment regarding take over offers stems from my comments, then you must have misread or misunderstood my comments. In no way did I imply that anyone should or would accept the feeler offer, at least it was not my intention.
I said that with our current share price a feeler offer could be in the 2-3$ range
and that level would not surprise me.
Should our sp rise a bit then the feeler could be with a premium in the range of a 50
to 100% relative to it.
In my opinion, feelers are not so much serious offers of takovers but as the label implies, they are designed to get an idea where the shareholders stand and what arguments are presented for a Really Serious offer to be accepted.
They may also be offered to reel in suckers, but that is another story.
