Yes, they do not match because the table starts at 0.5% cut off grade while the initiial tonnage listed above the tables is with no cut off - i.e. the 11.2 million tons is all the known tonnage.

At today's prices the usable ( break even?) tonnage is probably about that 0.5% or

5.94+4.05=9.99 million tons.
