So the 6.9mil we can not really calculate ourselves. We can not get that number from the table. The table is a guideline then. Is this line of thinking correct...

Ahhhhh. i think I get it. So to get the 6.9 we must go to a less than .5 cuttoff on the table which would get us to the ave 2.04%Ni....

What does this tell us then.. Is there any reading between the lines? Sorry just trying to spur conversation at this point.. TTY
