Yes I think you have got it correct. The 6.9 is with no cut off but the results from asseyer's grades. Assayers deal with total present while processors are only concerned with the economical portion.

HOWEVER, prices change so today's economical cut off is not necessarily tomorrow's, hence the multiple listings.

Also the various cut offs show us the distribution of the resource grade wise.
