A planned railroad at this stage is better than status quo of Nothing. Railroad will also bring the true value of Eagle's Nest to surface, will take some more time than the road and may be Not even that much longer, Chinese work faster with less patience than the Western cowboys. So, it is a positive development, something is at least happening. Disgrace how politicians keep the power, as they play with the Environmental permit which should have been granted long ago. I disagree that an E-W road is the only solution. A N-S rail is enough (with or without a road to it) to extract PGM's and Chromite and Nickel. It is not a struggle between the 2 companies or is it ? Politicians could easily take advantage of it, so could other stakeholders. Alan and Frank need to join up for more mutual efforts in their stakeholders management. Rapidly. It is on the selfish side what we get to see now. NOT holds a stake in KWG, Chinese do Not care at all, they will lock in before moneytransfer.
