At this moment we can't not look at a suprise coming. A east/west road and a railroad to a port on james bay. Our problem at the moment is no agreement on corridors and all corridors are connected on enviormental studies. There has been some spoken concensus but everyone needs more information to "get it right" That day is closer but somebody has to realize that without private investment as well, and that private investment is ready to walk, if agreements are shown to take too long, that everyone will have a plan with no interest to build and operate. It can't be just a FNs endevor as some of their leaders think. If no one wants to risk working with you, the youth get disilutioned, the investers want to much risk payment, workers won't bother to come to the north( there is always workers but I am talking qualified workers) and the projects can take on a lost persona. We all here say the same and it must be pushed from all......to get it right, idecisions have to be made, starting with one road first. Its obvious to everyone but those who are making the decision. Of course they are getting paid and don't need to hurry. They arn't broke because of the wait.
