You are correct in what you have stated and I for 1 like the fact that RCF has invested in NOT, it confirms that we have a great property and it's only a matter of time until the stock goes up a lot. Dave Thomas is a managing director of Canadian properties @ RCF which is a private equity fund, investing US institutional money NOT his own money. There are 7 partners & 3 principals @ RCF. So he does vote 57 million shares that RCF has, BUT they are not his or RCF, he has NO skin in the game.

I Like you idea of tieing performance of stock price to CEO salary, both up & down. Not sure that will ever happen.
