What did you find out about Frank Smeenk's compensation for you to make such an authorative and condescending remark? Go to Yahoo Finance and look for Frank compensation and compare that with Al's and find out the results for yourself (hint: no where near Al's level).

Why you are at it, check out how much skin each CEO has on his own company. Quite often, Frank would buy the stock with his own money (chech out Episode 11 with Theresa Longo). And this could be eye-opening.
