I don't think anyone will villify you for bringing a legitimate concern for dicussion, although we have beaten this to death a few times in the past.
Nevertheless, things were different then, and now, as you have stated, we are as vulnerable, if not moreso, than ever before.
As PP mentioned, we do have the SRP that would protect from an unwanted lowball offer....but what about middling offers? Again this has been beaten to death but I agree investor fatigue has taken its' toll and what retail shareholders would be willing to take now likely is less than just a year or two ago.
I still firmly believe management has no plan or intention to sell this technology unless the offer is so compelling that it dwarfs the immediate market cap, and even then would only present it to shareholders because they would be legally bound to.
I can only speak for myself when I say I will not sell a single share until I hit my exit point, which is way, way north of our current price. I hope that the company feels the same way.
