I am not a lawyer, but I do not know how Poet could possibly be a takeover target at this point. No up-to-date financials are available until likely the end of April. NDA's with Luxmux through Denselight, NDAs through Poet and who knows who. No one would have access to any of that information so how could they possibly put a price on the company? I doubt anyone would be interested in placing an offer until things are more defined.  IMO
