Wouldn't excite you for long, Turr, we're not in a good spot, share price wise, to entertain an offer.  It would be an awful offer; now, followed up by a bidding war, maybe now we're talking, but that's not the usual way things go.  If we are to be sold in the next two years or so, I sure hope our share price is more like $3 at the time.
