I agree, there's no way we'll ever know...I don't think there's any possibility.

If the motivation behind doing the absolute bare bones minimum in terms of updating shareholders....if the motivation/reasoning has anything to do with endeavouring to keep the PPS depressed so that Hepalink can load up as cheaply as possible, then its not something that would ever be admitted.

The Blue Jays will be holding back on promoting Vlad Guerro this year.  If he were to make the major league team right out of spring training then they lose a year's worth of control....by holding him back a few weeks (thus denying him a full year's worth a service time) they can have him under club control for almost 7 full years instead of 6.  Who knows what top dollar for a free agent will be in 7 years, but if its $30 million....holding him back could save them a lot of money.

But of course they'll never admit that they're holding him back because of $$$....they'll say he needs more seasoning in the minors, to work on baserunning and defense or whatever.....but eveyrone knows the real reason.

Resverlogix could easily put out a Shareholder update, there's lots of info to share....the status of the trial vis a vis the number of events, the status of the loan....reiterating that the company is in good standing with Third Eye, efforts to garner a US listing....and probably plenty more.  It wouldn't be fluff...

But they don't want to and if they can find an excuse to keep quiet....that's what they'll do....working on defense and footwork with the end result being that Hepalink keeps getting more and more shares at what could turn out to be incredibly cheap prices if BETonMACE hits a grand slam.

Torpedoman indicated (if memory serves) that the company is in almost daily contact with Hepa as per a convo he ad...assuming that's true its good to know they're keeping the big boys well informed, the rest of us can eat cakke.
