A few observations and comments. 

What is the silence telling the shareholders?  I would rather have silence than noise with no substance. To me silence is golden!

As far as the short. It was mentioned that it has been a decent amount shorted. Here's  a concept.

It could be somebody or entity that has done a recent financing (within the last few years) and has warrants on the ledger or in the account.  If RVX opens tomorrow at $30 and they are still short, they have the warrants to exercise and cover.

If RVX is a bust and goes to .15 they cover and let the wtarrants expire. 

Just a hedge to play either direction.
