E-mail from IR:
As the AHA has a very strict embargo policy (as do most scientific publications), we were limited to the language we used in the topline news release which was also vetted / approved by regulators. On November 16th, as we previously announced, we will be providing additional information on key BETonMACE results during the AHA late-breaker presentation and expect to review other key endpoints as well from that point on. Any violation of embargo policies set by AHA and certain publications will results in removal of any presentation at this venue and prevent us from being published. An example of a violation would be to present BETonMACE data earlier including at ASN.
