A question for you BDZ....and I'm not sure you'll be able to answer, but the post I'm replying to got me to thinking.

So results have been compiled from ASSERT, SUSTAIN, ASSURE and combined to shed light on what 208 does and how it does it.  By combining the results from those 3 trials Resverlogix went forward with the design and implentation of BETonMACE.

What I'm wondering is this....is it possible that ASSERT, SUSTAIN and ASSURE can now be combined with the results from BETonMACE to perhaps achieve statistical significance on the primary endpoint?

I hope I'm wording this well...but assuming BETonMACE failed to achieve the primary endpoint due to a lack of statistical significance for that trial "alone" might it be possible to combine the results from previous trials to push the results into the statistical significant column?
