In my opinion one of the weaknesses since I've been invested RVX has never been even close to effective in communications and they seem to have very little respect for retail investors

Toinv - Since I haven't been an investor in RVX as long as many others on this board I can't speak to the lack of effective communications in the same manner.  That said, there wasn't really any requirement for them to do the webcast on September 30 other than for the benefit of retail investors.  So, perhaps that is something.  I also find it interesting that while the news release was pre-approved for release by regulators, the commentary in the webcast may not have been subject to the same scrutiny......or was it?  We many never know.

At this stage I think it's helpful to give management the benefit of the doubt and believe that they are doing everything necessary to move this along in the right way.  That in and of itself is somewhat encouraging because why go to great lengths to protect data that is rubbish?  I recognize that isn't much of an argument but maybe that is also something.  At the end of the day both management and shareholders want this to succeed so on that there is surely agreement.  

I think what we all want to see is data that will render the failure to achieve the primary endpoint as meaningless as possible.  If we take all the positive speculation that has been posted so far since September 30 (that is at least based on some kind of logic) then maybe there is indeed a reason to be cautiously optimistic, if not more so.
