KOO, Sorry did not see your post.  With SH the major stockholder, agree with you, selling to another pharma does not add up.  My concern, RVX needs funds, SH acquires shares for 51% control, later diverts funds through low royalites and fees.  Or U.S. places additional tarriffs on imported product. Just does not help all the little mushrooms.
