BUT WHY? YOU ARE ASSUMING THAT IT WILL COME DOWN TO A LOSS INSTEAD OF A SIMPLE CORRECTION AS ALL STOCKS DO. IF THE COMPANY HAS THE GOODS IT WILL CONTINUE TO ACCRUE IN VALUE. A STOCK GOES DOWN WHEN A COMPANY CEASES TO DEMONSTRATE GROWTH. IS THIS SPQ'S FUTURE CONSIDERING WHERE IT IS AND WHAT IT HAS? DOUBT IT.

NOT IS RECEIVING INTEREST FROM INSTITUTIONS AND HEAVY WEIGHTS WHILE SPQ IS GETTING A SIDEWAYS GLANCE WHILE PEOPLE WAIT FOR A SERIOUS S.P. THERE IS A LONG STANDING ASPECT OF HUMAN NATURE THAT IF IT'S CHEAP THEN MAYBE IT HASN'T PROVEN ITSELF TO BE GOOD.

THOUGH THIS POINT WAS ALLUDED TO IN THE N.R. IT IS NOT ONE THAT I'M CONSIDERING AS THE MOST IMPORTANT. COMPANY HAD TO GIVE AN EXCUSE TO KEEP FROM REVEALING THE IMMEDIATE MOTIVES. PURELY MY SPECULATION.

AGREED, BUT WHEN OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS TO MOVE MORE QUICKLY, WARREN IS NO STRANGER TO THAT EITHER.

IF THEY ACTIVATE THE R/S WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT FINDS , I WOULD AGREE WITH YOU, HOWEVER, IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THIS WILL NOT BE THE CASE. THE MOVE WILL TAKE PLACE IN CONJUNCTION WITH STRATEGIC NEWS. MY SUPPOSITION.
