If this thing does pass vote then I would like to see a clause inserted saying that EXISTING Share Holders be given the FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL to the purchase of new issue shares on a proportional share ownership basis. AND at least that way we, as Share Holders, will have the opportunity to have equal benefit from the funding and consequent results of that funding.
