If their concern was day traders they should have proposed a much, much higher reverse split.

Meetings...great ways to pass time.....they probably spent a lot of time on RS

It had to be proposed...discussed etc, etc

We used to say...taking minutes and waisting hours

Anyone know when the last time that a board member bought any SPQ shares?

It is real cheap these days.
