They REALLY want our shares

No they don't, they want BigDaddy, they want just enough shares to do that, all the other shares can go to pergatory. Spq manaement,KWG management and all the long time SHs are not to be reimbursed for their investments. If Cliffs wins at mininum majority, everybody has lost,even the project, as so many FNs people will rise to see the future for them too.
