Personally, I think it will happen. Despite JD's bluster on the SH boards, there is a declining level of support there I think, and IMO wouldn't be surprised to find out that a couple of the supporting players on the bandwagon are from the same IP.

KWG has generally had a quieter board, so there may not be as many retail investors that read their boards. If a new combined board was to be created, then there would be 3 places for everyone to check on Agoracom (and 3 places to post).
