I personally think that a combined board would show solidarity and possibly send a message that we are in this together.

If anything should change in regards to the status of the 2 companies the hub can always be dissolved.

As many of us know, sometimes even just any resemblance of unanimity, combined with smoke and mirrors is usually really effective.

Time to start playing Cliffs game a bit, me thinks.
