It's both...Mexico has natural resources, labor force, etc. I don't see why they can't just use the lithium, copper, and other resources in the area. I can understand investment from Korea...but why the manufacturing of component parts? ...all the shipping back and forth across the Pacific doesn't seem necessary. For example, there are high quality brines in Nevada and Mexico...why don't we tap into these a little more?....especially, Mexico...maybe I should have been more explicit...thanks, Kim!
