A single settlement worth just $20M would be what - about 4 cents EPS? (Just figuring half of that to EDIG divided by 250M shares) Would DM have even bothered to take on our case for much less than $10M? And of course SP said that RP said we could be looking at mid-to-high 8 figure settlements for some companies. Hopefully that wasn’t including cents.
