This is not accurate. I recall someone who posted the entire "Contingency Agreement" signed by Putnum and attorney CSE for Duane Morris et al on this board... 

At the time I read it, it seemed the Fee structure was on the upside scale, ( I assumed because of the DM undertaking to advance the costs), and had some edscape clauses for the attorneys if they chose to end the representation of EDIG...
