The arena that Bill entered and the vision he bought, where all new. He had absolutely nothing in his way except the experimental efforts of others.
The business(which was not a business in his hay day) has changed tremendiously in the past 30 years.
There are uncountable obstacles to entry now.
What e.Digital truly has to offer, that is as novel as Bills start, is it's tech. The tech is not anything desirable by the general public....the desire would have to come from the industry it self.
IMO...it will....
With that, from that novel offering, they have a patent base from which to seed...ie;Evu, with out hindrance. Compare that to DigEcor or other companies needing a base.
