Where is the logic for an aggressive IP firm like DM, looking to making a "Statement", going for 1/10th of a penny settlements?

I would be shocked if DM settled for 20 million as you infer...

Might just as well forget about the 2d, or 3rd tier infringers agreeing to anything...

DM would assure itself of a lot of litigation if they indeed settled for the sums that are bandied about here...
