I mentioned yesterday there will be no 8K filing. Putnam cited Patriots history as not filing any 8K's as justification. I didn't take issue with him and expect that he is telling it like it is. I asked how they intended to camoflage the financials so as to not disclose the amount of the settlement and he said that they were working with their auditors and accounting rules. From my perspective they don't want to disclose amounts. I wouldn't be surprised if they spread the settlement over several installments just to obscure the actual amount.

I think the next event will happen in the next couple of weeks and that in and of itself should propel the shareprice.
