Hey Gil! While I do hold a small amount of EDIG, I'm still holding out for PTSC to do something. When/if PTSC gets a positive result from the USPTO on patent re-exams, the desired things should happen.

This prompts a question (since I only lurk here occasionally): Have any of the defendants in the infringement litigation gone to the USPTO with a request for re-exams of the patents in question? Apparently, such is "standard procedure" in infringement cases, if there is any possible prior art out there deserving or merely sufficient to prompt USPTO action (as a delay tactic if for no other reason)?

Look out, because when/if funding comes from PTSC, I'll be looking much closer here, and will have a slew of questions! 'Cuz I KNOW nuttin'!
