Another reply to "doubting thomases" Or as I call you without malice, "naysayers".....Again, you have been beaten down so long in regards to EDig that your mindset is purely negative and most of you cannot believe anything good or positive is now happening.

I ask another question.....What makes you or anyone think that DM would settle for "nothing" in order to give EDig a "settlement" or "cross licensing" etc.....??????

DM is on contingency. They have been involved in this lawsuit for at least a year. They have expended "mucho dinero", (a little Spanish lingo there) to get to this point.

Are you trying to tell me they are going to settle a lawsuit infringer of a "major electronics manufacturer" "a biggie in the field" "a billion dollar player" WITHOUT RECOUPING SOMETHING FOR THEIR EFFORTS??????
